
What's Bo Andoor?
Developed out of necessity and my own desperation to be able to sleep, Bo Andoor is a self-contained system of thought meant to reduce stress, fear, and negative ruminating tied to all our traumas big and small. Equally, it's an incentive-based mechanism for maintaining self-care and self-love, and for improving quality of life. I like to think of it as being as tidy and efficient as also rich and infinite. At the risk of a modicum of redundancy, I've often described it as a mental martial art. ​​

While I'm very close to being able to flesh the whole system out and break down its component parts and dynamics here, I need a little time to apply finishing touches, including, I'm hoping, a visual aid or two. So keep checking back!
